Use the functionality when you need to remove a sensitive or confidential visual entirely, rather than partially obscuring it. This is useful when the image contains Personally Identifiable Information (PII) or sensitive business data, such as profile pictures, employee records, or confidential charts, that blurring alone cannot adequately protect. For example, replace an image of a chart that contains confidential company data with a placeholder image before publishing the Workflow, ensuring your learners are not exposed to sensitive business information. > [!WARNING] > Note: > > - You can blur an image on a Mirror Screen only when the Workflow is in the **Draft** stage. Workflows in the **Ready** and **Production** stages do not appear in Whatfix Studio. > - Currently, you can replace only JPG and PNG images. The replacement image must be less than 10 MB. Expand the following accordions for more details: ****Replace an Image Before Screen Capture**** Use the following steps to replace an image on a Mirror Screen before screen capture: 1. Whatfix Mirror is an application simulation software that provides an immersive and interactive simulation of any web application. A replica of an application screen captured based on a UI element. Personally Identifiable Information (PII) is any information that can be used to identify an individual, such as: Names, addresses, social security numbers, telephone numbers, email addresses, bills, receipts, birth certificates, and lease information. Whatfix Studio is a browser plug-in that enables you to create various types of Whatfix content, such as Flows, Smart Tips, Beacons, and so on. The plug-in can be installed on Google Chrome and the new Microsoft Edge browsers.
