You can also view Roleplay performance in Roleplay Analytics on the Mirror Analytics Dashboard. For more information, see [Create a Roleplay](/mirror/docs/create-a-roleplay-1) and [Roleplay Analytics](/mirror/docs/roleplay-analytics). For example, you can track how many learners completed a customer service Roleplay over a specific time period to identify conversation patterns and refine your training scenarios. Whatfix provides the following events to track roleplay performance: - **Workflow or Roleplay starte****d**: Tracks when a learner starts a Workflow or Roleplay. For example, this event records when a learner clicks **Start Session** or interacts with the first Mirror Screen of a Roleplay-enabled Workflow. - **Workflow and Roleplay completed**: Tracks when a learner completes a Workflow and Roleplay. For example, this event records when a learner finishes a Roleplay, after which the performance data becomes available in Mirror Analytics Dashboard. - **Workflow and Roleplay Ended**: Tracks when a Workflow and Roleplay session ends for a learner. For example, this event records when the learner or the Persona ends a Roleplay session before completion. --- Use the following steps to visualize a Roleplay using Trend Insights: 1. Click **Add user breakdown** and select the required user breakdown. Trend Insights turns your engagement-related queries, such as the number of users who have completed Flows or the number of users who have clicked the button on your Pop-up, into actionable insights. A replica of an application screen captured based on a UI element. Defines the AI Avatar in a Roleplay, including its gender, voice and accent, language, personality, and behavioral characteristics, to enable realistic, scenario-based interactions with your learners. Shows overall behavior and engagement for both identified and anonymous (unidentified) users. Users that Whatfix can detect and identify using a unique User ID. Users that Whatfix cannot identify. These users are denoted by the Anonymized Whatfix IDs rather than an actual User ID. The total number of times the event occurred. The number of unique users who triggered the event.
