# What are Flows?

Whatfix Flows are a series of steps that help users to learn a specific objective or complete a task. These steps display as an overlay on your mirrored web application. For more information, see [Flows](https://support.whatfix.com/docs/flows-2).

By creating Flows within the Mirror, you can deliver training to your end users within a secure and monitored environment, ensuring that the live environment remains unaffected.
