Whatfix prides itself on being able to delight customers when it comes to customer support. Customers can access support in several ways whenever they need it. Support is available 24 hours a day, five days a week.

An easy way to access support is to use the Chat icon on the Whatfix Mobile Dashboard.
Here's how to access the Chat feature:

Email us
Email us at support@whatfix.com. Your email automatically creates a ticket in our ticketing platform and assigns the issue to a support representative.
- Use a clear subject line that names the feature and provides a short description of the issue. For example, Home - Unable to see the Pop-up on the Home screen of the app.
- Include a screenshot or video of the issue, if possible.
Contact your Whatfix Representative
If none of the above methods work, feel free to reach out to your Whatfix representative.
