# Was ist ein Bottom Sheet?

Ein Bottom Sheet ist ein Popup-Widget, das den unteren Teil eines Bildschirms in einer App abdeckt. Es funktioniert wie ein Vollbild, blockiert jedoch nicht den gesamten Bildschirm und kann verwendet werden, um die Aufmerksamkeit des Benutzers auf Dinge wie Anwendungsaktualisierungen, neue Angebote usw. zu lenken.
