Note

Only Account Managers can deploy content.

Whatfix content is displayed on your mobile application, only when it is deployed.

To deploy the content,

  1. Navigate to Whatfix Mobile Dashboard.
  2. Click All Contents.

  3. Click Push To Production at the top right.
Note

Whatfix takes anywhere between 3-5 minutes to publish the content.

3. Once the content is live, you will receive an email from Whatfix confirming the same.

4. To see the updated content in the mobile application, close the app, and reopen it again.
