# Integration Hub

As part of the Whatfix Open Ecosystem Platform, data and attribute streams are exchanged across other products. This capability empowers enterprises to exchange data in multiple forms to unify and use insights across products.

The Integration Hub enables you to do the following:

- Increase user adoption
- Reduce customer churn
- Automate everyday tasks and increase productivity
- Automate alerts and notifications using pop-ups for the planned downtime

Integrations with other applications enable you to contextualize content for users efficiently. Whatfix Mobile enables you to integrate directly (with Mixpanel) or using callbacks. These callbacks or events are sent to third-party platforms through integration or custom code.
