You can draw your end user's attention to new features on your app and encourage them to try them using Pop-ups.

The following are some of the best practices to follow to ensure that your end users engage with the experience and derive value,

• Show previews - Use rich text media tooltips to show what users can expect out of a new feature. Make it visually engaging using text, images, GIFs, or video.

• Be directional - If you're using a Popup to introduce a new feature, make sure you use deeplinks to take them to the right page/screen.

• Know better to act better - Use the product analytics tool to discover the under-utilised features and then act upon them using nudges.
