# Question Type in Survey

Whatfix Mobile enables you to add 7 types of questions to your Feedback and NPS Surveys. You can choose a question type based on your use case. After collecting responses from your users, view the survey insights and responses in the **Insights** section on the Whatfix Mobile Dashboard. It enables you to analyze user feedback, track customer satisfaction and assess responses for improvement. To see the responses for the survey, [Survey Insights](/mobile/docs/survey-insights).

The following table shows the different question types:

| Opinion scale | The Opinion scale question type asks your respondents to rate their experience.
