# User Level Insights for Checklist

A Walkthrough Checklist is used to provide in-app training to your end users. Once the training is made live to your end users, the User Level Insights help understand how many users have completed the Flows assigned to them.

Use the following steps to access the User level Insights for Walkthrough Checklist:

1. On the Whatfix Mobile Dashboard, go to the app where you have created your projects.

2. Click **Insights**.

3. Select a **Walkthrough Checklist** project.

4. Click **User level analytics**.

InfoView the summary of tasks completed by your users with their User IDs.
5. Click **View details** to get a detailed analysis.

**User level analytics** are not retained on the server. Instead, they are retrieved in real-time upon your request.
