What is Ask Whatfix AI - Deep think?

Ask Whatfix AI is an AI-powered capability that automatically converts end-user engagement queries into Trend Insight, Funnel Insight, or User Journey charts. Ask a question, and Ask Whatfix AI generates the right Insight based on the query. You don’t have to know which Insight to create, what events to add, or which filters or breakdowns to apply to get analytics data.

However, after Ask Whatfix AI generates the required Insights, you still have to interpret the data on your own. You need to manually analyze trends, figure out what’s going wrong, and decide on the next steps. This is where Ask Whatfix AI - Deep think comes in.

Deep think builds on the foundation of Ask Whatfix AI and automatically surfaces Insights and uncovers key patterns in user behavior.

Deep think provides the following information:

• Visual charts showing completions and drop-offs at each step.

• A Summary covering key insights such as engagement trends, bottlenecks, and user behavior shifts.

• AI-driven suggestions on how to improve adoption, such as adding Smart Tips or Beacons, or simplifying the workflow in your product.

Ask a question and Deep think automatically breaks down the data for you and provides actionable insights.

You can use Deep think to generate insights and summaries for both Whatfix content engagement and application usage.

• No events, filters, or breakdowns need to be set up to visualize data.

• No need to manually create multiple Insights.

How does Ask Whatfix AI - Deep think work?

Ask Whatfix AI - Deep think also uses Large Language Models (LLMs) to generate charts and summaries.

Data privacy and security

• Ask Whatfix AI - Deep think does not display any Personally Identifiable Information (PII)-related filters such as User ID, User Attributes, and Reserved Variables.

• The LLM does not capture any confidential or contextual information, such as the number of times a Flow step failed and which Flow step failed. This data remains securely within Whatfix.
