Introduction
Organizations may deploy Whatfix on multiple applications. Each application requires a separate Whatfix account (or ENT) to create and deploy content. Internal Whatfix users and the support team currently manage this account structure. The Enterprise Control Center (ECC) enables centralized management of Whatfix across multiple applications.
The ECC dashboard enables the following functionalities:
- View all existing accounts associated with the organization.
- Access the dashboard for a specific ENT by clicking the application name.
- View all users and their roles.
- Invite users and assign roles to different applications.
- View insights for various applications.
- Create dashboards.
- Analyze license utilization and application adoption.
- Understand user sentiment.
Use Cases:
Manage users
The ECC dashboard enables inviting users to applications and assigning different roles across multiple applications simultaneously.
For example, if an organization uses five different applications, invite a user to the Enterprise Control Center dashboard and assign various roles. For application A, assign Account Manager access, and for application B, provide Editor access.
View analytics at the Organization level
When deploying Whatfix on multiple applications, the Enterprise Insights dashboard enables comparison of application performance and analysis of user pain points. This insight identifies applications with the lowest reception, enabling you to focus on these areas to increase engagement rates.
For example, with Whatfix deployed on three applications, compare the analytics of all three to determine which application has the best user acceptance and which application users encounter issues. These insights enable an increase in user engagement rates.
Enterprise insights enables you to track Whatfix content usage across all applications. For more information, see How can I find out the utilization of Whatfix on all my applications?
Understand application utilization and adoption
Organizations use multiple applications based on their needs. Analyzing the utilization and adoption of these applications is important. With the utilization and adoption data, assess the Return On Investment (ROI) of these applications.
The Enterprise Insights (EI) dashboard enables access to the Application utilization data and Adoption score.
