Deep think builds on the foundation of Ask Whatfix AI and automatically surfaces Insights and uncovers key patterns in user behavior.

Deep think provides the following information:

  • Visual charts showing completions and drop-offs at each step.

  • A Summary covering key insights such as engagement trends, bottlenecks, and user behavior shifts.

  • AI-driven suggestions on how to improve adoption, such as adding Smart Tips or Beacons, or simplifying the workflow in your product.

Use the following steps to use Ask Whatfix AI - Deep think:

Note:

You can generate an Insight for a basic analytics query such as, “How many users engaged with a feature?” using Ask Whatfix AI. Use Deep think for advanced queries, such as, “How can I improve the adoption of the feature?”

  1. On the Whatfix Analytics dashboard, click Ask Whatfix AI.

  2. Enter the question in the text box.

  3. Enable the Deep think toggle.

  4. Click the Ask icon.

  5. View the charts and summary generated by Deep think.

    Note:

    • By default, the Summary dropdown is expanded. Click the dropdown to expand the other sections.

    • Each section contains a chart visualization and an AI-generated explanation for the visualization.

    • Currently, Deep think does not support follow-up queries.

    • Enter a new query unrelated to the first query or click Clear chat to start a new session with Ask Whatfix AI - Deep think.
