Add Cohorts in Trend Insights

Whatfix enables you to compare and contrast Cohorts and understand how user behaviors differ. This helps you to draw Insights about their behavior.

Use cases

• Identify which team members from the Sales team tried the new feature in the product.
• Determine how many users new to the application completed a Flow using any browser.

Use the following steps to add a Cohort in Trend Insight:

2. Click + Create insights.
   

3. Click Trend Insights.
   

4. To name your Insight, click the Edit icon.
   

5. Click Add event.
   

6. In the User filter section, click Add user filter, and then select the Cohort that you want.

   

7. In the User breakdown section, click Add user breakdown, and then select the breakdown you want to add.
   

8. Once the setup is complete, scroll down to view the data chart that is generated.
   

9. Click Save.
