    Issue

    When you try to upload a CSV file that contains User IDs to create a User list, the action fails and you see the following error message: Failed to create user list.

    Probable Cause

    The CSV file contains more than 40,000 rows.

    Suggested Solution

    Currently, Whatfix enables you to upload a CSV file with up to 40,000 rows. To proceed, ensure that your CSV file has less than 40,000 rows.
