Overview

Rage clicking occurs when users repeatedly click on an element within a short time frame. With FullStory and Whatfix integration, identify such instances of rage clicking and show appropriate Whatfix content when the system detects a 'rage clicking' user.

This integration reduces user frustration and calms users during instances of rage clicking in the application.

Use Cases

Here are some use cases that are possible using this integration:

Reduce customer frustration during instances of rage clicking in the application.
Guide the customer to show a Smart Tip on the page if multiple clicks are detected.
