Unable to see Self Help analytics data in Trend Insights

Issue

You’ve added the Self help opened, Self help closed, or other Self Help-related events to your Trend Insight but you cannot see the analytics data.

Probable cause

The Self help opened and Self help closed events apply to the old Self Help experience. If your account is enabled with the new Self Help experience, you need to add the events related to the new experience to see the data. For more information on the new Self Help experience events, see List of Whatfix-related Events.

Suggested solution

If your account is enabled with the new Self Help experience, use the following steps to add events related to the new Self Help experience:

1. In Trend Insights, click Choose metric.

   

2. Under Event metrics, select Total events or Unique users as required.

   

3. Click Add event.

   

4. Under All, click Self Help (New).

   

5. Select the required events for analysis, and then click Apply. For more information on the list of events available for the new Self Help experience and their descriptions, see List of Whatfix-related Events.

   

6. Finish creating the Trend Insight and view data.
