Pop-ups enable you to inform users about things that need their immediate attention. The following events can be used to measure the engagement of Pop-ups in Trend Insights: - Pop-up skipped - URL Triggered via Pop-up - Pop-up closed by "X" icon - Pop-up closed by close button - Flow launched from pop-up - "Do not show me again" selected > [!WARNING] > Note: > > - The Pop-up shown event is deprecated from the Whatfix Analytics dashboard. For more information, see [What are the deprecated events in Product Analytics?](/product-analytics/docs/what-are-the-deprecated-events-in-analytics) > - These events appear in the dropdown only if users perform or engage with them. Ensure that you push the Pop-up to Production. Switching to a different stage resets the Insight, requiring a restart. 1. Users that Whatfix can detect and identify using a unique User ID. Users that Whatfix cannot identify. These users are denoted by the Anonymized Whatfix IDs rather than an actual User ID. The total number of times the event occurred. The number of unique users who triggered the event.
