# Salesforce Einstein (Tableau CRM) Integration

## Overview

Whatfix and Salesforce Einstein integration enables you to transfer Whatfix Analytics data to Salesforce Einstein as a dataset. ## Use cases

- Track the usage and completion of tasks by users and generate reports on the Salesforce dashboard.
- Monitor how new users complete onboarding tasks in the Task List and map the support tickets they create.
- Analyze the usage of new features and their adoption rates directly from the Salesforce dashboard.
- Evaluate search usage for users with an NPS score below 6 and identify unsuccessful search terms to selectively address knowledge gaps.
