    Add Rich Text content inside a Pop-up

    The Whatfix Rich Text Editor enables you to format content using multiple options. It also enables you to link to and include multimedia content. You can add a video, survey form, GIF, or an image using the Rich Text Editor.

    There are two ways to add Rich Text content inside a Pop-up:

    Add Rich Text content inside a Pop-up using the Visual Editor

    • Visual Editor is a Beta feature. To enable the feature, contact [email protected].
    • Once you enable the Visual Editor, you won’t be able to go back to the old experience.
    • Once the Visual Editor is enabled, Pop-ups can only be created using Whatfix Studio, and not using the Dashboard.
    • After creating Pop-ups using the Visual Editor, you can edit them using the Dashboard.
    • You can only edit the Visibility Rules of Pop-ups that were not created using the Visual Editor and cannot customize them further.

    The Whatfix Visual Editor enables you to format content using the various options available in the Rich Text editor.

    While creating a Pop-up using the Visual Editor, double-click the text to open the Rich Text editor.

    The following table lists the different types of Rich Text content, their icons, and descriptions that can be added to the Pop-up:

    Add Rich Text content inside a Pop-up using Existing Templates

    While creating a Pop-up, double-click the text to open the Rich Text editor.

    The following table lists the different types of Rich Text content, their icons, and descriptions that can be added to the Pop-up:
