The Whatfix Rich Text Editor provides multiple options to format content. Use it to link multimedia content such as videos, links, survey forms, images, and audio in the Pop-up.
Note:
To add a GIF to a Pop-up, upload or host the GIF on the Whatfix Guidance Dashboard. Use the Image component in the Rich Text Editor to insert the GIF by pasting the URL. For more information, see Upload Images to your Dashboard.
The Visual Editor enables content formatting using the various options available in the Rich Text editor.
While creating a Pop-up using the Visual Editor, double-click the text to open the Rich Text Editor.
Click the following icons to format content in a Pop-up:

|---|---|
 | Adds components such as Text, Button, Image, Video, and Audio |
 | Changes the font size |
 | Changes the color of the text |
 | Bolds the highlighted content |
 | Italicizes the highlighted content |
 | Underlines the highlighted content |
 | Aligns or justifies content to the left, right, or center |
 | Aligns the content vertically |
 | Inserts an unordered list |
 | Inserts an ordered list |
 | Sets the vertical space between lines of text |
 | Links content to another page or external content |
 | Removes a component |
