The Whatfix Rich Text Editor provides options to format content in a Pop-up. Use it to add multimedia content, such as images, survey forms, videos, links, and audio.
Note:
To add a GIF to a Pop-up, upload or host the GIF on the Whatfix Guidance Dashboard. Use the Image component in the Rich Text Editor to insert the GIF by pasting the URL. For more information, see Upload Images to your Dashboard.
Use the formatting options in the Rich Text Editor to style the text and components in your Pop-up.
Use the + (plus) icon to add elements or components at specific positions within the Popup layout.
The following table lists the icons and their actions:
