Issue:
The User Actions created are listed on the User Actions page but not listed under User Actions in the Analytics section. The User Actions are also not available in the Custom Events dropdown in Trend and Funnel Insights.
For more information on Custom Events, see List of Whatfix-related Events.
Cause:
User Actions are available under the User Actions section on the Dashboard just after you have finished creating them.
Once you publish the User Actions, they are listed under the User Actions tab in the Analytics section only after the action is performed at least once by the end user.
The same behavior is applicable for the User Actions to appear in the Custom Events dropdown in Trend and Funnel Insights.
Solution:
Once end users interact with the element on which the User Action is created, the engagement data is reflected on the Analytics dashboard, and the User Action is listed under the User Actions tab. You can then add the Action to the watchlist to keep close track of it.
The Custom Events, i.e. User Actions, also appear in the Trend and Funnel Insights dropdown once your end user has interacted with them at least once on the application.
