Change the primary language for translating content

By default, Whatfix sets English as the primary language for translation. If you want to create content in another language, change the primary language to your preferred language.
For more information on auto-translation, see Auto Translate Whatfix Content.
Use the following steps to change the primary language:

On the Whatfix Guidance dashboard, click Settings.

Click Translations.

In the Default language section, click change.

On the pop-up, click the dropdown.

Select the preferred language.

Click Change language.

The new translation experience is a Beta feature. To enable this experience, contact support@whatfix.com.

On the Whatfix Guidance dashboard, click Settings.

Click Translations.

Click Change.

On the Primary language pop-up, click the dropdown.

Select the preferred language.

Click Change language.
Once you have changed the primary language, you can then auto-translate content to any language based on your requirements.
