Change the status of translated content

The new translation experience is a Beta feature. To enable this experience, contact support@whatfix.com.
Each time you make changes to your primary language content, you can update the translation status for all supported languages. Use the translation status to manage translation for a large number of content, update language files, review, and push translated content to Production. Use the following process to change the translation status for an individual content as well.

Use the following steps to change the translation status of Whatfix content:

On the Whatfix Guidance dashboard, click Settings.

Click Translations.

In the Translations section, select the language.

Select the Content type from the dropdown for which you want to change the translation status.

Select the content for which you want to change the translation status.

Click the Change status icon.

In the Select status dropdown, select Review pending or Translated.
Whatfix enables you to change the status of Whatfix content to Translated or Review pending only.
- Click Change.
The translation status changes for the selected content.
To view the latest translated content on your end user's application, perform a push to production.
