Download Trend Insights

Download Trend Insights data to understand how your users are interacting with Whatfix content at a granular level. You can share this data with other stakeholders for decision making. Based on the engagement data you can take decisions to improve your end users' experience and reduce friction in the application.
The data is generated in CSV format as shown in the following image.

Use the following steps to download Trend Insights data:

  1. On the Whatfix Analytics dashboard, click Insights.

  1. Select the Trend Insight for which you want to download the data.

You can filter your data based on Daily, Weekly, and Monthly timeframes.

  1. Scroll down the page and click Export data.

  • The .csv file is downloaded in your local drive.
  • You can download up to six months of Trend Insights data at any given time.
