Whatfix enables you to edit any content or widget while it is live in your application. A new version of the content or widget is created in the Draft stage without disturbing any existing live content.
Use the following steps to edit any live widget:

On the Whatfix Guidance dashboard, click Widgets.

Click All widgets.

Click Production tab.

Hover your cursor over the widget you want to edit, and then click the Edit in draft icon.

In the confirmation dialog box, click Edit in draft.
Use the following steps to edit any live content:

On the Whatfix Guidance dashboard, click Content.

Click All content.
-
Go to the Production stage.

Hover your cursor over the content you want to edit, and then click the Edit in draft icon.

In the confirmation dialog box, click Edit in draft.
Use the following steps to edit multiple content in the Production stage:

On the Whatfix Guidance dashboard, click Content.

Click All content.

Go to the Production stage.

Select all the content you want to edit.

Click Edit in draft.

In the confirmation dialog box, click Edit in draft.
Use the following steps to edit multiple widgets in the Production stage:

On the Whatfix Guidance dashboard, click Widgets.

Click All widgets.
-
Click Production tab.
-
Select all the widgets you want to edit.

Click Edit in draft.

In the confirmation dialog box, click Edit in draft.
Your end users will still be able to see their content/widget in their application. Once edits are done, you can push it back to Production. The old version is replaced with the current one.
