Change the primary language for auto-translating content

Whatfix sets English as the primary language for auto-translation by default. If you want to create content in another language, change the primary language to your preferred language.

Use the following steps to change the primary language:

On the Whatfix Guidance dashboard, click Settings.

Click Translations.

In the Default language section, click change.

On the pop-up, click the dropdown.

Select the preferred language.

Use the following steps to change the primary language:
The new translation experience is a Beta feature. To enable this experience, contact support@whatfix.com.

On the Whatfix Guidance dashboard, click Settings.

Click Translations.

Click Change.

On the Primary language pop-up, click the dropdown.

Select the preferred language.

Click Change language.
Once you have changed the primary language, you can then auto-translate content to any language based on your requirements.
