Whatfix enables you to add seven types of questions to a Survey. Choose a question type based on your use case.
Question types can be edited only as part of the Premium Plan. For more information, see Whatfix Pricing.
A single line text box question type enables your respondents to write a short, one-line answer to a question.
A multi line text box question type enables your respondents to write detailed answers in multiple lines.
A single choice question type enables your respondents to select only one option from the given list of options.
A multiple choice question enables your respondents to select one or more options from the given list of options.
The opinion scale question type enables your respondents to rate their experience. Either add a 5-point scale or a 7-point scale.
Add a Start label and an End label. For example, the Start label can be Very Satisfied and the End label can be Very Dissatisfied.
The Net Promoter Score (NPS) enables your respondents to rate their experience of the product. This helps you understand user satisfaction and gauge how likely they are to promote your product.
A star rating is a type of rating that enables respondents to rate their experience on a 5-point scale represented by stars.
