After updating the XLIFF language file with translated content, perform the following steps to upload the file to the Whatfix Dashboard:
Note:
If you are a Translator, start from Step 3.

On the Whatfix Guidance dashboard, click Settings.

Click Translations.

For the language you are translating to, click the Upload icon.

Click choose file.

From your local files, select the zipped language file.

Click Upload.
Note:
- If the file is uploaded successfully, you receive a success email.
- If the file fails to upload, a failure report is sent to you through email, and a confirmation pop-up appears on the Dashboard with details about content that could not be translated.
- Translations can only be updated for content in the Draft and Ready stages.
- The language file must be compressed into a zip file to be uploaded to the Dashboard.
