This troubleshooting guide is applicable only to customers using Whatfix EU accounts.

Issue:

You're trying to install the Whatfix Studio EU extension using the Install Studio button on the EU Dashboard, but you're getting the following error:
The euaddons.whatfix.com page can't be found.

Cause:

Your organization's IT policy does not allow you to download and install any third-party extensions.

Solution:

  1. Contact your Whatfix representative or support@whatfix.com to provide you the download link to the latest version of the Whatfix Studio EU extension.
  2. Share the same link with your IT team so that they can install the extension in your browser.
