Task List analytics
a. Why are Task completion metrics visible for a Task List that is not live in production?
Whatfix tracks task completion based on users completing tasks, regardless of where they are triggered from. For example, users might complete certain Flows outside of a Task List. Later, when you add those same Flows as tasks in a Task List, Whatfix still counts them as completed. This way, users don’t have to repeat the tasks they’ve already completed.
