Introduction

The feedback component of Improved Self Help enables end users to share their thoughts about your help content or the underlying application. This feedback serves as a valuable tool to enhance your Whatfix content and gain insights into the application you're using Whatfix on.

The following are some examples of instances where end users can provide feedback:

  • A Flow is not working.
  • A link is broken.
  • The application is not working as intended.

From the Whatfix dashboard, you can do the following:

  • View end-user feedback.
  • Set up email notifications for new feedback.
  • Download a feedback report.
