Pop-ups enable you to inform users about things that need their immediate attention.
The following events can be used to measure the engagement of Pop-ups in Trend Insights:
- Pop-up shown
- Pop-up skipped
- URL Triggered via Pop-up
- Pop-up closed by "X" icon
- "Do not show me again" selected
These events appear in the dropdown only if they've been performed or engaged with. As a Whatfix content creator, you have to push the Pop-up to Production. When end users start interacting with the Pop-up, view the engagement data with the mentioned events.
