How long does Whatfix retain customer data post contract termination?

Whatfix retains the customer data, which includes user data, repository content data, and analytics data, for 2 years post-termination of the contract. However, if a customer wants Whatfix to delete, update, or modify data anytime during the term of engagement or post-termination, they can do so by reaching out to their Whatfix representative. Whatfix will delete, update, or modify such data within 30 days and provide a confirmation on the same.
