Whatfix retains the repository content data for 2 years post-termination of the contract. However, if a customer wants Whatfix to delete, update, or modify data anytime during the term of engagement or post termination, they can do so by reaching out to their Whatfix representative. Whatfix will delete, update, or modify such data within 30 days and provide a confirmation on the same.
