How to deploy selected content to production?

You may need to deploy only certain content to production and not all the content you've created. Use the instructions below to deploy selected content.
Step 1: Associate tags to content
Associate a unique tag to content that you want to deploy.
For example, live.
On the Whatfix dashboard, select the content using the checkbox for which you want to add tags.
Click the Tags icon.
- In the popup, type the name of the tag and select from the list.

If the tag does not exist, type in the name of the tag and tap the Enter key to create a new tag.
Click Done.
Select the content that you want to send to the Ready stage using the checkbox, and then click Send to Ready.
Navigate to the Ready stage.
Select the content that you want to push to production using the checkbox, and then click Send to Production.
Step 2: Populating Self Help with selected content
Once the content are associated with the "live" tag, you have to include it in Self Help.
On the Whatfix dashboard, click Widgets.
Click the Create widget button.
- Click Self Help.
Note:
If you've already created the segment, click the Edit icon.
Enter/edit the segment same.
In the Add Content section, click Select.
Click Select By Tags and enter the live tag.
Click Okay.
In the Set Rules section, set the visibility rules.
Click Save.
