Recognizing and excluding test data is crucial to prevent your reports from getting polluted with test data.
Use the following instructions to filter test data in Analytics,

If you have the enhanced Whatfix dashboard, use the following steps:
- On the Whatfix Guidance dashboard, click Guidance analytics.
- On the Whatfix Dashboard, click Analytics.
Click the Filter option.
In the pop-up, enter the domains where you want to include or exclude the data from. You can use the Plus icon to add multiple domains.
Use the Excludes option to prevent any data from certain domains. Typically used to exclude data from test environments (for example, uat.test.com, sandbox.test.com, etc.)
Use the Includes option if you exactly know the domains from where you want to see the data.
Note:
You can also use static IP Address in place of domains to filter analytics data.
- Click Apply Filters.
