You may not want to show outdated content that's has not been removed from your Content Repository in Self Help. Whatfix enables you to not display an article from your Content Repository in Self Help by preventing it from getting crawled. Make this exception initially while configuring the Content Repository. This can be done by excluding the article using the Not Contains option while integrating the Repository.
