Introduction

Whatfix provides out-of-the-box Analytics that shows usage and engagement-related data for all your Whatfix content in easy-to-understand visual formats like the number of queries served from Self Help, the number of times a Flow was played and from which widget, and more.

However, sometimes you may want to create a custom report that shows data based on your business needs. For example,

  • A Flow launched from a Pop-up by users using the Chrome browser

  • Feature usage (tracked using User Action) triggered from specific locations to understand where the feature adoption is higher

With Trend Insights in Whatfix, you can now turn all your queries into actionable Insights. It is a one-stop solution for all your reporting needs. You can also create your own custom engagement reports to get more in-depth information at a granular level.

Insights are created by selecting Whatfix-related events and filters, which you can then visualize in the form of charts.

Benefits of Trend Insights

  • Eliminate the need for third-party applications and save time to create custom reports

  • Drill down data at a user level

  • Draw detailed and in-depth reports on each content type
