Issue

You get a HTTP Status 500 - Internal Server Error when trying to download an exported package from the Whatfix dashboard.

Cause

This issue occurs if you do not have an active session of the Whatfix dashboard open.

Solution

Log into your Whatfix dashboard in the same browser and open the download link in a side tab.
