Unable to remove Whatfix logo from a Pop-up

Issue

While creating a Pop-up, you are unable to remove the Whatfix logo.

Cause

By default, Whatfix Pop-ups have the organization logo as a place holder in locations where you can include images and videos.

Solution

• Add images or videos to your Pop-up.

• In case you don't have any image/video to add, use the following steps to remove the Whatfix logo from your Pop-up,

  1. Go to the Pop-up for which you want to remove the logo.

  2. Click the Whatfix logo.
     

  3. Click the image icon on the Pop-up.
     

  4. Remove the image URL.
     

  5. Click Save.
