Error: Upload limit reached. Please contact support

Issue:

Whatfix shows you the "Upload limit reached. Please contact Support" error message when you try to add an image, a file, or a video to a Pop-up.

Cause:

Whatfix enables you to upload up to 100 images and 100 videos (each) from your local drive for use in your Pop-ups. Once this limit is reached, you will see the error message.

Solution:

• You can increase this limit by contacting support@whatfix.com.

• You can also Archive the content/widgets that are not in use.
