    Adding a new language

    The translation process begins with adding the language you want to translate. For more information, see the list of Languages supported by Whatfix.

    Use the following steps to add a new language,

    Note
    • Only Account Managers can add new languages
    • Multiple languages can be added

    1. Navigate to the Whatfix Dashboard.
      Goto_dashboard

    2. On the top right, click the Settings icon.
      RB_DB_translate_click settings

    3. Click Languages.
      RB_DB_settings_select lang

    4. Click Add Languages
      RB_DB_translate_add lang

    5. Using the dropdown, select the new language that you want to add, and then click Add.

    6. The new language is added to the list.
      RB_DB_translate_new lang added

    By default, when you make changes to the language through UI and Property Files, the corresponding whatfix content is also updated. These updates to content need to be then Pushed to Production again, to make it accessible to the end users.
