Adding New Content to an Existing Task List

Whatfix enables you to add new content to an existing Task List segment. However, you need to keep the following points in mind before adding content to an existing Task List,

• The Task List disappears for end users who have completed all their tasks.
• Adding new content to an existing Task List displays the new content only to users who have not completed the Task List (have pending tasks).
• Adding new content to an existing Task List does not make the Task List re-appear for the end users who have completed all their old tasks.

You need to create a new Task List segment with the same Visibility rules, and add the existing as well as new content to make it re-appear to users who have already completed their old tasks.
