Whatfix enables you to add articles right inside the Self Help widget so the end users don't have to navigate across pages to access relevant content.
Adding Articles
There are two ways of adding articles to Self Help:
Use the following steps to create a article,
-
Navigate to the Whatfix Dashboard.
-
Click Widgets.
-
Click the Self Help tile.
-
Click the segment you want to add the article to.
-
Under Create, click Article.
-
Enter the Title, Description, search Keywords and Tag(optional).
If you have enabled Smart Context, all content created on your application is auto-tagged. However, static content (text, video, and links) is not created on your application, and you must add the global-page tag to display such content in the Self Help widget on your application. To tag content, see Adding Tags to content
If the tag doesn't work on your account, contact Whatfix Support at [email protected]
