Often, the user is looking for a simple answer. It doesn't make sense to take them to a different page just for a one-line answer. Whatfix enables you to add a simple line of text as a short answer, that answers the user's query- right inside the Self Help widget.
Adding Text Content
Adding a text to Self Help is a two-step process:
Step 1: Create a text
Step 2: Add the text to Self Help

If you have enabled Smart Context, all content created on your application is auto-tagged. To tag content, see Adding Tags to content
If the tag doesn't work on your account, contact Whatfix Support at [email protected]
