Can Analytics be disabled?

Whatfix Analytics is enabled by default. If you do not wish to capture Analytics, then it can be easily disabled in the Settings menu.

Use the following steps to disable Analytics,

  1. On the Whatfix Dashboard, click the Settings icon.

  2. Click Analytics.

  3. Clear all the checkboxes, and then click Done.
