Whatfix enables you to create rich text articles and place them inside Self Help or Task List segments. Such contextual content saves your end users a lot of time as they see this content on your application without needing to navigate outside your application to access relevant information.

Once your article is created, you can add it to Self Help. For more information see, Adding an Article to Self Help.
Similarly, you can add links to Task List as well. For more information see, Adding an Article to Task List.
Use the following steps to create an article,
-
Navigate to the Whatfix Dashboard.
-
On the top right, click the Create button and then click Article.
If you don't see the article segment under the Create section, contact [email protected].
- Add the Title and Description.
- The maximum character limit for the article description is 3000 characters.
- You can choose to format the text or add multimedia content to your article using the Rich Text Editor.
- You can also add search keywords and tags to the article as required.
- Click Save.
- Once the article is created, you can find it on the Whatfix Dashboard.
- Articles are depicted by their own icon on the Dashboard and in Self Help.
