In some cases, like when branching a Flow, you may not need to display the end message of a Flow. The end message can be disabled both at the account level for all the Flows using the global configuration settings and at the Flow level for a specific Flow using the Customize option.
Disabling the end message for all Flows
To disable the end message for all the Flows,
-
Navigate to the Whatfix Dashboard.
-
Click the Settings icon.
-
Click Configuration.
-
On the Theme tab, click the End Message tab.
-
Clear the End message checkbox to disable the end message.
-
Click Save.
Disabling the end message for a specific Flow
To disable the end message for a specific Flow,
-
Navigate to the Whatfix Dashboard.
-
Hover the cursor over the Flow you want to edit, and then click the Edit icon.
-
Click Customize.
-
Click the End Message tab.
-
Clear the End message checkbox to disable the end message.
-
Click Save.
The end message of Flow can be configured in 3 places, Advanced Customization, Flow level configuration and Account level configuration. If for any reason it is configured in all three places, Whatfix uses the following precedence:
Advanced Customization > Flow level configuration > Account level configuration
Example: If there is a conflict between Flow level and Account level configuration , then the Flow level configuration is reflected (as per the precedence).
In the same way, configuration that are done using Advanced Customizations override the configuration at Account and Flow level.
