Do I have to create Whatfix content again in other languages?

No, you don't have to author content in multiple languages. Create content once in the default language and then translate the properties file to other languages. You can also translate content in the UI. For more information, see Translating content in the UI.

This method eliminates the need to create content multiple times when adding a new language. Here's the translation process for each language.
