Customizing "No Results Found" Text in Self-help

There could be instances when there are no search results that are displayed for a particular search term. You may not have any content for that topic, or the search term could have a typo.
Use the instructions below to customize the default "Sorry, no results found" text to something that you feel is more appropriate.

1. Click the Whatfix Editor plugin and navigate to the Dashboard. 
   
2. Click Widgets. 
   
3. Click the Self Help tile. 
   
4. In the left pane, click Configuration.
   
5. Navigate to Support tab.
   
6. In the Text box, modify the text to be displayed to the user.
   
7. Click Save
