Overview

Whatfix enables you to segment content to users based on attributes fetched at an application level.

Web applications contain multiple underlying attributes, some of which are associated with a user, whereas others are not.

Enterprise Attributes are the attributes that are part of the application which are not associated with the user. For example, geography, department, account type, etc.

Use cases

Whatfix Enterprise Attributes enables you to fetch your application information and use them in Widget Visibility Rules for easy content segmentation.

For example, you can configure a Pop-up to display only to users logging from the EMEA region.
